Payments
We accept PayPal, you can
use your account or checkout as a guest using card details credit or debit
cards.
Shipping + Delivery
Shipping Costs are
calculated at checkout. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, please supply a street
address for shipping.
Shipping is calculated within shopping cart process we also have,
$0 free post Australia Wide on selected purchases.
We will always attempt to ship your order within a period of 3 business
days and will contact you if there are any delays. You will get tracking
information once your order is complete via email. You will receive tracking
information for all packages. Please be aware that dispatch delays may occur
due to Covid19
If you place an order and any of the items are labelled pre-order or back-order
your completed order will be shipped once all items are in stock. If the
expected delivery period for your requested product/s is significantly longer
than estimated, you will be contacted and have the opportunity to cancel your
order.
Returns
full price and items on
special
You may return Products for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of the
products at full sale price, provided that the products are in perfect
condition, unused, unwashed unworn and are accompanied with their original
packaging.
We do not accept returns for items on special or custom orders.
For faulty items please email us at mail@gigets-and-gagets.com with a photo and description of your fault and
purchase order number.
To request a return please email us with your purchase order number and a brief

Please choose carefully as Products must be returned via your own postage cost
unless faulty
Once we have received the returned Products, we will notify you via email of
your exchange or refund entitlement within 7 business days.
Products that are returned must comply with the details in the refund policy and
will be credited via the payment method used during purchase.
The shipping costs incurred by the customer will not be refunded except when a
product is faulty or wrongly delivered as a result of our error.
Gigets and gagets does not accept returns for items on special. All sale items
are final sale value and we will not issue refunds, credit notes or exchanges
for items that have been purchased while on sale.
